The SMART BrainGames Home System comes to you with a limited 30-day money back guarantee. CyberLearning Technology, LLC will accept returns and exchanges from customers who have purchased SMART BrainGames Home System under specific conditions.

SMART BrainGames Home System is not shipped for simply review or approval. Lack of proper use or non-use will void the 30-day money back guarantee.

Returns must be preceded by submission of the user's SMART BrainGames Home System training data file indicating the system was used correctly by a trainee as directed in the SMART BrainGames Home System Reference Guide for a minimum of ten (10) hours use. No returns will be accepted without the SMART BrainGames Home System training data file indicating correct system use for a minimum of ten (10) hours. Final and sole determination regarding proper use will be made by CyberLearning Technology, LLC. The Customer Service Department of CyberLearning Technology can instruct you on submitting the training data file at the following email address: customerservice@smartbraingames.com

If the training data file is approved, Customer Service will issue you an RAN (Return Authorization Number). We DO NOT accept returns without an RAN and the training data file. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the date on the packing slip or sales receipt and postmarked within 5 days of receipt of the RAN.

All return items must be safely packaged in like new condition and contain all original product manuals and documentation. The customer must provide the original packing slip, a sales receipt, or a clear copy of the packing slip or sales receipt showing the date of purchase.

The RAN must be clearly labeled on the front of the return package. Again, we will NOT accept a return without an RAN. CyberLearning Technology, LLC requires that you ship your return be insured for the amount of the purchase and by way of a standard shipping service with shipment tracking capabilities. We will not accept responsibility for lost packages and no credit will be given for lost returns.

Appropriate credit will be issued within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the product and compliance with these return conditions. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE OF THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS.
